About

45 Days. Two Tracks. One Real Change.

A training program built to be finished, not just started.

Most fitness programs fail for the same reason: they ask for everything on day one and give you nothing to hold onto by week three. The Fourty Five is built the opposite way. One thing a day, for 45 days, in a rhythm you can actually keep.

Everything here runs on two genuinely separate tracks. The male track follows an upper/lower split that rotates across six weeks. The female track is cycle-synced, with training that adapts through all four phases rather than pretending the month is flat. Not the same program with the weights lowered.

We are not promising you a transformation in six weeks. We are giving you a plan that is specific enough to follow, honest enough to trust, and light enough to stick with once the novelty wears off.

What You Actually Get

Two products. The guide is yours to keep. The challenge unlocks day by day.

The Guide

A one-off purchase, yours forever. Full 45-day training and nutrition plans with separate male and female tracks, and gym and home versions of every workout.

The45 Complete Challenge

A monthly membership. One lesson unlocks every day for 45 days, covering training, nutrition, recovery, looks, mindset, activity and a weekly reset.

Two Real Tracks

Men follow an upper/lower split rotating across six weeks. Women follow cycle-synced training that adapts through all four phases. Genuinely different programs, not one with lighter weights.

Built To Be Finished

Every lesson explains why it works, gives two or three ways to do it, and suggests someone to do it with. One thing a day is the whole point.

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

What is the difference between the guide and the challenge?

The guide is a one-off purchase and yours to keep, containing the full 45-day plan as a single document you can read at your own pace. The challenge is a monthly membership that unlocks one lesson a day for 45 days, with the reasoning behind each one, ways to apply it, and someone to do it with. Buying the guide does not include the challenge, and joining the challenge does not include the guide.

Do I need a gym?

No. Every workout has a home version using minimal equipment, and each training plan includes a full substitution list. A backpack loaded with books or water bottles covers most of it if you have no dumbbells.

Is the female track just the same program with lighter weights?

No. The female track is cycle-synced across four phases, with the heaviest training placed in the weeks strength genuinely peaks and lighter, movement-focused work when it does not. Different sessions, different rep ranges, different intensity targets. If your cycle does not match the calendar, you follow the phase you are actually in.
